Microphone Volume?

Clients tell me that I sound like I am speaking from the bottom of a well when I try to use the elite silver head set.  How do I turn up or improve the microphone>

I think I can help you with this since i was exhausted with this prob before.

You can connect the earpiece normally, yet before turn on bluetooth on your S3 do a few step below:
Access Motorola Elite sliver menu and turn off Wide band audio (option 5)
Then turn it off
Turn it on and access menu again. Then turn on Wide band audio
Turn on S3 bluetooth and let it connect to Motorola Sliver as normal
--> You are good to go, people now can hear you loud and crystal clear
