Greetings!
When you login to your Motocast on your phone , make sure that you have an active SIM Card and that you are connected to a good network. You can both use your 3G connection or an alternative using WiFi.
Sometimes you will get that error if your SIM is not activated by your carrier or it does not have a good connection.
