New Motorloa C139 Won't Turn On.
I just received my motorola c 139. i plugged it in. It's been charging for an hour now. nothing is on the screen. It doesn't even indicate that the phone is charging. The keypad lights are on when i attach it to the charger but nothing else. What's the problem?
