Hi,

You can find the serial number at the back of your phone (You need to take the battery out). Look for DEC/MEID, it's a series of numbers or alphanumeric codes (15-18 digits).

You can find the Serial Number or IMEI by removing the battery of the phone it is a 15 digit number.

Or you can dial *#06# and it will give you that information.
