Spooler Service Not Starting Properly.

Do the following steps and let me know if it helps.
Please refer the below link to create a bat file to start print spooler service.
Go to task scheduler and schedule the task for every 5 minutes to start the bat file that you created.
I had the same problem before and i followed the above steps to resolve it.
