Cause For Multiple Charges For Gamepass Ultimate?

Only have one microsoft account with an xbox gamepass ultimate subscription but it has shown up as two different charges on my account since I first got it. Since I canceled Im still being charged. I would expect Microsoft to handle unauthorized charges far better than this

I would suggest contacting your bank and cancel the direct debit and at the same time write a letter to the head office of the company informing them of your action. Make it recorded so you can prove delivery.
