Is There Any Way That I Can Switch Back To Hotmail, Rather Than Outlook Express?
I do not like OUTLOOK EXPRESS! It will not let me add attachments. I have tried Insert....and it will tell me the file does not exist, when it does.

I would request you to login to www.outlook.com and enter your Hotmail User & password. Once you are logged in, please try to attach the file and let me know if that works.
Click on this link http://bit.ly/eNETbt for steps on how to attach a file on Outlook Express.
I would also request you to let me know what type of file are you trying to attach and is there any indication that the file has been uploaded or not?
