I Cannot Watch Any Videos From Any Page

What is wrong or missing, because there are error message in every video screen in my Windows Vista. Is it because I added Firefall? What can I do about it?

1.It's your browser older version

2.Adobe flash player is not installed if installed so it is old version

3.Present most videos play in HTML5 so you install IE9, Opera 12.02, Mozilla & Chrome.
