Even Using Admin Account I Cannot Access All My Drives In Windows Vista
Using my admin account i changed the access level for the guest account. after that is even with logging using my admin account i am not able to access the drives. it says "Access Denied" , I cannot download any files also as all drives has been disabled.

as per your guidelines , i downloaded a copy of knoppix, it had a iso file , extracted the files from the iso and with all the files downloaded from torrent i put it in a usb drive and booted , when booted thru the usb it says " missing operating system" , can you guide me lease

While this is not necessarily a fix to your problem, if you have any critical files on the drive(s), you can get them using Knoppix (a live linux distro than you burn to a CD). There are more directions here on how to use knoppix to rescue data.
