Scammers Looked Me Out Of My Computer

scammers wanted $200.00 for license, password and 3 year renewal for my firewall. I declinedand the looked me out of my computer. how do I get back in? I am using windows 10

Hey there!Just to gather more information from you, what version of Windows are you running and did they simply change your password, or lock you out of your data by some other mean?

they asked me to go to different things in the computer telling this needed fixing and that needed fixing but I can not remember exactly what I did. I think they had me change my password because my password dose not work anymore.I am so dumb my neighbor told me once before that Microsoft dose not call you but I forgot. I had just installed Windows 10 a week ago so I thought this was normal support. Thank you for your time.

Is there a way is to make a password reset disk for Windows 10

I highly recommend taking the computer to a local PC repair shop. The password can be removed but it's not something that can easily be done. They also could have done a number of things to your computer in addition to changing the password.
