How To Keep Outlook From Converting Email Address To Another

User is logged in with a Common Access Card (CAC). When trying to send an email to themselves on the another network (system), the address converts to the email associated to the CAC and returns to the user on the same system, (i.e., sending to [email protected] but when sending it reverts to [email protected]. How do we correct this?
