Does Anyone Have The Recovery Key For Bitlocker?
I am blocked from my HP notebook by BitLocker which says I need a recovery key from Microsoft and they have been no help to me. Please help.

If you don't have it you are out of luck. BitLocker is designed to prevent the loss of data if a device is stolen. If ti was set up on a corporate network odds are the network admin has the recovery key. If not your only recourse will be to reformat and reinstall Windows. There is no (practical) way to break the encryption. If there were BitLocker would be a useless tool.
Where I work we use BitLocker on high security PCs and keep the recovery keys stored on a server. If we lose those keys there is little we can do so we make sure they are kept secure.
Make sure to not enable BitLocker again unless you make NUMEROUS copies of the recovery key. EMail it to yourself and store it.
