my phone fell in water and now wont turn on i have insurance how much is it to send it out and get a new one

If you pay a monthly fee for MetroGuard Insurance you can replace your phone by going to MetroGuard to file your claim.
You will need to provide some information and pay the deductible, which is based on the type of phone you currently have.
Since your phone is the LG Motion your deductible is $39.00
