Video Streaming
im having trouble video streaming it keeps stopping and buffering . im on the 60 dollar unlimited 4g plan I have a zte zmax I have no.other issues just with video streaming

You're obviously not getting a strong enough signal to stream video without issues. Just because you're paying for 4G, it doesn't mean you'll be getting a perfect 4G signal everywhere you go. Unfortunately there really isn't anything you can do unless you want to switch to a carrier that has a better signal in your area.
