1. Turn off your Tablet.(long press the power button for about 15 seconds) 2. Hold the volume up + power button for about 5-10 seconds and you will probably enter to recovery mode(common way to enter recovery mode) 3. select the wipe data/factory reset Guidelines in Recovery mode: To select use the volume up and volume down and to confirm use the power button 4. Select the wipe cache partition. 5. Select Reboot.
