In order to restore functionality to your phone, you will need to perform a factory reset operation. You can do that by turning off your phone, then:

Press and hold both Volume Up + Menu Button + Power Button until Android recovery menu appears.
Select Factory Reset/Wipe Data (Use volume buttons to scroll)
Select it with Power Button
Reboot phone and it will be restored to factory default and then you can access your phone.
