Cant Receive Pictures That Were Sent Through Email
Hi!
I used to receive .jpg and .png pics that were sent through email to [email protected] does no more work.Sender will get failure notice,saying "rejecting banned file attachment". is there any other way to send pics through mail to my phone?

It's possible that the problem is on the senders end. There is also the possibility that the picture files are too large and need to fit mms. Also, on some phones, data needs to be enabled to send or receive pictures. If you feel that none of these are the problem in your situation, you may need to contact Metro PCS directly about the problem to find out if it is a server problem or phone problem and see if their technical support can fix it. 800-901-6266, then press 1 and wait. The wait is usually about 2 minutes.
