My Coolpad Quattro Isn't Indicating When I Have A New Voicemail Message. I

Try power-cycling the phone.  Turn it off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it on again.  It may also have to do with poor signal at your location.  If you suspect you have a voicemail, call your own number.  The voicemail system will ask for your password.  Enter your voicemail password.  If you do not know your voicemail password, contact either MetroPCS or the person who got you the phone.

Greetings - Checking a phone number is as easy as locating the person > click on the 'About' next to Timeline, Photos ... > and then simply look up the phone number under 'Contact Information'

However,
1. You need to be logged on

2. If the person is not already your friend, you may only be able to view certain basic info which does not include contact information

3. The person may have chosen to keep this part of information invisible from friends as well
