Coolpad Phone Wont Charge

Just turn off your cell ,Turn off the hone. -- Press and hold both buttons volume down & power button at the same time. -- press the power key. -- Hold at least 8-10 seconds and let go of power button and continue to press volume buttons. -- A menu will apper with android logo, release the power buttons. -- press the home key. -- Press volume down buttons and select wipe/reset factory. -- press power button. -- Press volume down button and select yes. -- Wait for 10 minutes the phone will reboot. It will work.
