My Coolpad Will Not Charge, It Only Reads Low Battery , Please Help

If Says Low Batter And U Have It Plugged? Try Moving The Cord Around And If U Try To Turn On And Its Still Not Charging. Means The Usv Cord Not Working. Try Someones Else.
