Coolpad 4g Won't Turn On

My Coolpad 4G is fully charged, the screen has been black and won't turn on for the last five hours. How do I reboot and get it working again. Took it to a MetroPCS DEALER on my lunch hour and he was going to CHARGE me to reboot it!!!! Said "NO THANKS"

I turned my phone off before bed and could not turn it on in the morning. This has happened several times. The only thing I have found to work is taking the back cover off the battery, remove battery and put it back in. Unfortunately, I have the hard cover and that is not fun to get off! All in all for the price it has been a good phone, but lags too much and frequently freezes while multitasking are my only concerns. Good luck!

hi!! this just happened to me, mind you that my phone would last about an hour and a half with a full battery charege. every phone have its default. but hey, theres the usb and the plug as a charger in one. try charging it on the phone. apparently mines charging just fine now :) but some advice, this goes to me to, getting another brand new phone is also a better idea so that this wont happen again.

hold down the power button and the middle of the volume button.When it goes to the 'recovery' page,let go.When you see the android press the home button.A list will appear,use the volume buttons to go up and down.Select reboot device option by pressing the home button.
