Cleared Data Instead Of Cache

I kept getting not enough storage on my Hauwai Ascend 860. Nothing would transfer over to SD card. I went in to clear cache and I cleared DATA instead! I reloaded some ringtones but they won't come play when I assign them to ringtone I only get basic ring.  What do I do?
