Why Won't My Metro Pcs Phone Connect To Wifi And Not Syncing With Computer?

i work up this morning and my phone turned off on its own and when i turned it back on it didnt connect to wifi and i tried plug in to computer but its not syncing it a samsung touch screen from metro pcs...
