Can I Transfer My Stolen Cell Phones Info To Another Cell Phone Given To Me By

it's owner, but he still owes on his bill that he said is'nt going to pay! Do I have to wait until his number is no longer his, or can we just cancel him out and put my stolen phones info ont his and shut mine off
