Signal Is Not Working I Can't Send Or Receive Txts! Cant Send Or Recieve Calls

had this same problem 2 weeks ago with metro pc service! it went on for 2 1/2 days little an no service at all. I went into my home metro pcs office. They assured me sercice be on in 2hrs what a joke never happened. I finally got to call an agent on day 2 1/2 had slight window of signal an complained . she said no one call in , been no complaints. I said well couldn't call to complain. she said well use home phone. I said dont have home ph! that why got cell phone! get to chase. I had to debate my point to get service . first refuse to credit me until I kept persisting to talk to head manager! said they can't then they did credit me. why lie to your faithful customers? This service is beginning to suck! why because we need our signals to be dependable. Metro is proving not to be dependable! at all.......why don't the metro pcs office in our towns report the signal losses to corporate office. They claim they never got any report of outage or anything! so, I fault the staff, the offices the ceo of this company! Get some reliable service for reliable customers! please!!! I can't make one call its thanksgiving an family is trying to reach me an we can't communicate.........
