Service Access Denied
I'm trying to send a text to 22622 (netspend) to acquire balance, deposits and other info by sending short msg such as bal, help, direct, etc but can not. Keep receiving message- Service access denied. Already called netspend and was told everything ok on their side and to contact cell provider.
