My Screen Keeps Going White Then To My Wallpaper Back And Forth

I have the LG Coolpad Quattro 4G. I really don't know what happened. I got my phone and then my screen keeps going back and forth between a blank white screen and my actual wallpaper. I haven't dropped it recently and I haven't even had my phone for a month yet. Any ideas or suggestions as to what may help or what I should do?
