I Have A Samsung Freeform R380 My Phone Will Not Dial My Voicemail

i have to manually input my phone number to reach my voicemail also i can not send any text messages i can send picture/text messages

for the voicemail dial 1 on your freeform, and for the text messages you have to dial 611 on your phone to refresh the line
