Safe Mode

I have a Samsung SCH R720 with Metro PCS...My phone is stuck in SAFE MODE...I have already tried turn off/on..removed the battery and restarted..i even did a factory reset...Nothing has changed..Tried calling METRO PCS and their support is horrible as well as their English Please help
