Screen goes dark with message popping up saying in order to use this phone remove whatever is covering it when nothing is covering it. Too it back twice yo the retail store. They don't kno.took it too the corporate store.they don'tont kno. They ordered s new phone but never got it. Was told this phone is bad. Everyone ehi purchase it having problems.
