can i transfer videos and pictures to another phone still?

If the photos and videos are stored on an SD or MicroSD card then just buy a USB SD Card Reader to transfer the contents to a computer. If they're stored on the internal memory of the phone then there's no way to get them off unless you get the phone repaired.
