Old Phone Still Gets Incoming Calls And Texts

I had a Galaxy s111 on virgin mobile, which had a motherboard failure, but still has service for a few more days. I then got the Galaxy Exhibit. I can call and send messages, but all incoming messages and incoming calls are sent to my old phone. I was told by the salesperson that it would return to normal in no more than 24 hrs. It's been longer than that, and I was wondering if it isn't going to stop until the old phone's plan runs out. Any Help would be very much appreciated!
