Hot Spot Doesnt Work And Cant Watch Movies

I Have A Galaxy S And Cant Watch Movies Online There Is A Message In Te Middle Of The Movie Saying "cant Play This Video And When Try To Use Hot Spot Feature It Connects To My Laptop But Unable To Navigate
