Ho Do I Turn On A Lost/stolen Phone I Bought Used, Optma6

Phone we replaced on misplaced by friend he then gave me phone after he found it this phone was replaced by metro I think he received same one a replacement how do I get service using this lg,optma. 6 from metro pcs

I don't think you can activate a phone that's been reported as lost or stolen. They usually permanently blacklist them. The only way to know for sure though is to call Metro PCS and ask. Here is the number: 888-863-8768.
