Hi Im Trying To Add Minutes To My Phone And It Wont Process It

i have to metro pcs payment cards one for 30 one for 20 i wanna add both so i can have 50 dollars on my phone and continue my plan it wont let me add the funds nor let me call and speak to a real person.
