Can't Download Apps To My Lg Motion
I had to replace my lg motion because it lost all touch abilities. they replaced my phone. now I try to download apps I had, it says I already have them. Which my old phone does. All my info is still on that old phone

Try removing the battery and putting it right back in. I only got the LG Motion 5 days ago and downloaded a few apps without a problem. Then today I tried to download another couple and got the same result - Google Play said they were downloaded but nowhere to be found on the phone. I removed the battery, put it right back in and when I turned the phone on the newly downloaded apps appeared - along with several hours-old emails.
