How To Contact A Live Person Without Using Mymetro
I have tried for 2 months now to get in contact with metro pcs customer support. Every time I dial the number I be myMetro some form of Android touch phone automation. All it does is tell me when my next bill is. I cannot help but be very upset with this service. I would like to call them and ask why I cannot login to my account and see my information. I downloaded metrototal protection and I cannot even login to the account. The software application on my phone keeps giving me touch tone automation unbreakable control loops, with no live help...please tell me what to do>>
