How Do I Cancel A Order

I tried to order three phones today  and yesterday the message I got back was that there was a error on my card and it asked me if I would like to use a different card I gave my credit card then the same question happend and I gave another credit card now even though it said it did not go through my bank account shows that metro charged my over 3000 I need my money now if things do not get rectified I will contact a attorney things will bounce I will not be able to pay bills and I need my money back.
