Just Paid Bill 10 Days Ago, Phone Shut Off
I paid my bill, $41.00 on the 9/18/16 and my phone got shut off today 9/28/16 so 10 days. I can't get thru to talk to a person and I'm really frustrated. I did pay my last bill late but was under the impression my billing date starts over just like every other month.

if you pay your bill late and call to pay over the automated system, it fails to tell you that your billing date doesn't start over unless you ask for it to. It's a $5 fee but obviously if you only have 10 days left on your billing cycle you're going to pay the $5. I went into the store and learned about this and since I was unaware of the policy they credited the days I would have had left originally, so I paid like $12 for my service to get turned back on and going for full cycle.
