How E-bill Works With Metro Pcs?

I need someone who actually uses it to answer this. I know you have to pay $1.00 monthly for this feature, but I would like to know, when I start using it, will it show just from the date I start using e-bill and on? the other months wouldn't be on the bill right? if I want to get the call history for those months, do I have to pay $100 for every month that have passed already? I read that on the internet and someone told me that...so I want to make sure that is right.
