Voice Mail System Is A Black Hole
How does anyone get through to the MetLife 800 numbers? I have tried numerous times and when I select "1" for Life Insurance policy holder, I get disconnected. In today's times of needing premiere customer service for customer satisfaction, MetLife's ability to contact a person needs help. And for the record, I'm not an old person, I'm in my early 40's!

Whether you're old or young, you should not have to put up with this--but folks too often do, when dealing with companies' reluctance to spend their resources on better customer service. If you can't get through on the customer service line, your best bet is to communicate directly with corporate:
