Can Instrument Panel Visibility Be Improved? 2010 Mercury

2010 Mercury Milan Premier. Whenever the sun is shining the instrument panel (primarily speedometer and trip information center) is washed out and illegible. I have adjusted calibration as per the owner's manual. Can anything be done to improve visibilty (and safety) of the instrument cluster/
