Noise

Hello there, My question is about noise I hear, usually for a few miles our so, after first starting my car and pulling away. It only makes the noise if I make a turn. If I turn my wheel right or left (lf is usually worst) the car makes a noise up around the right/passenger side tire area...what could this be?
