I Have A 2005 Mariner And Dash Instruments Went Out And Battery Light Light Up.

I aas driving and instrument lights went out, then radio went out and power windows. I stop at a light 3 different times and all came back on until I took off from light and they all went out again but not at the same time. When I got to my destimation all the things I mentioned came back on including thr battery light and system check is saying chargimg system needs to be checked. I replaced battery and alternator in March, 4 months ago. What could be the problem??
