Fuse15 Shots Memory(pcm/deatc/cluster), Courtesty Lamp.

Fuse #15 (memory (pcm/deatc cluster), courtesy lamps shots when starting the car sometimes but not every time. When it shoots, there's no intrusment lights, gas indicator, gauges,radio, inside lights, air cnditioner do not work.Once fuse is replaced it works for awhile.
