Air Filter For Heated Seats

My first question is do the heated seats run on the same air filter?  Drivers seat is barely working, but passenger seat works beautifully.  If they run on the same filter, then I would assume there's another problem if one works and the other doesn't.  From looking at the diagram in the owners manual, I can't figure out where the air filter for the heated seats is located so that I can replace it.
