Adding A Dc Power Outlet To 02 Mercury Grand Marquis.

I want to add a dc power outlet for satellite radio and gps directly to the fuse box to keep the current dc outlets available for other use.  I want the power outlet to be active when key is on or off.  Which circuit should I use?
