Where Is The Speed Sensor Located For My 2000 Mercury Cougar And How Do I Remove

and how do I remove just the handle on the gear shifter I removed the screw but it wonâA533;A533;t budge IâA533;A533;ve tried pushing the button and pulling still wonâA533;A533;t come off
