Front Windshield Wiper Full Of Fluid But Not Coming Out..not Sure If Pump Or Fus

Its full of fluid but how do I find out if its pump or fuse

If the rear washer fluid works it would be the pump. If not then the fuse. To change the pump the reservoir is located in front of the passenger side wheel. Remove the shroud towards the front of the wheel well. The front pump is for the windshield. It just pops out and you put the new one in.
