Headlights Won't Go On And Engine Dosent Shut Off If Lights Switch Is On Brake L
its been acting crazy sometimes when I first would turn headlights switch it go on but brake light wouldn't work but they work now but headlights dosent work I had mechanic fix switch because screws came out and switch came off nob and fell behind dash he fixed that could that be problem or I did hit huge bump right before this and my battery might bounced up and hit hood and maybe sparked its not tied down either can you help me

This sounds like the parking lights are grounding through with a fault. For some reason (I need to look it up to confirm), I am thinking that the lights (parking, signal, brake, and head) use the power in a different order than does most other things. When you switch something on, you are actually switching the ground on, not the power. So, what can happen is, if you get a ground fault, it could actually turn your lights on without the switch ... and leave them on when you don't want them to be.
